Known Issues
Grab Bag loot tables are still incorrect
Description: When opening Grab Bags, the content awarded does not match the expected loot table for that Grab Bag.
Status: This issue is fixed in the 19.0 update, releasing on April 15th.
Refunding the Talent Trees using Gems does not cap at 500 Gems
Description: When refunding the talent tree, the gem cost for refunding does not cap at a maximum of 500 Gems as described in the release notes.
Status: This issue is fixed in the 19.0 update, releasing on April 15th.
The Background Blur on many menus displays improperly
Description: Many menus have display issues with the background blur effect causing a hazy effect and some elements to appear over the blur.
Status: This issue is fixed in the 19.0 update, releasing on April 15th.
Item Packs in the Store offer early progressions packs
Description: Regardless of the player's current progression, the item packs in the store continue to offer packs intended for early progression players.
Status: This issue is fixed in the 19.0 update, releasing on April 15th.
Some Guilds cannot view their event ranking on leaderboards
Description: Some Guilds report not being able to view their ranking on event leaderboards and instead being erroneously prompted to first participate in the event.
Status: We are investigating this issue.
