Known Issues

Equip from Market from the Hero Equipment Screen does not function

• Status: This issue is being investigated.

• Description: When attempting to equip a hero from the market, the menu fails to populate with results.

New Quest Zone and Boss do not have sounds or audio

• Status: This will be implemented in the future.

• Description: The new Meteor Zone quest does not have sounds for the zone itself, the boss introduction, boss attacks and boss damage.

Some players are unable to collect rewards for the Lost City of Gold

• Status: This issue is fixed in the 26.9.1 hotfix update.

• Description: After updating to 26.9, some players are unable to collect rewards from the Lost City of Gold event and the UI displays in a broken state.

Some items do not display properly and cause UI issues

• Status: This issue is fixed in the 26.9.1 hotfix update.

• Description: The following items may fail to render properly in 3D on menus, racks and heroes and can trigger UI issues:

  • Brinewater Do (Heavy Armor)

  • Ceremonial Breastplate (Heavy Armor)

  • Glade Guard Armor (Light Armor)

• Mitigation: Please refrain from crafting, equipping or utilizing these items, if possible, while we work on a fix.
