Known Issues

Energy and Gold counters do not update when "Enhanced VFX" is turned off

• Description: When the "Enhanced VFX" option is toggled off in Settings, the player's Gold and Energy counts will not visually update until switching scenes (i.e. going from the Shop to the City) or restarting the game.

• Status: This issue is fixed in version 26.2.

• Workaround: Switch scenes to update the counts or re-enable "Enhanced VFX".

Hamburger menu red notification unclearable (due to webstore)

• Description: For players in the United States playing on Android, a red notification that is for the webstore will appear on the hamburger menu but is not dismissible due to the button being hidden.

• Status: This issue is fixed in version 26.2.

Personal Best Event Contribution Scores do not update

• Description: The personal best event contribution scores do not update properly or at all between events.

• Status: This issue is fixed in version 26.2.

Level Loop requirements for some features appears incorrectly

• Description: The required Level Loop for some unlocks, such as Shop Expansions, may erroneously display as Level Loop 1 instead of Level Loop 2. This is a display issue only.

• Status: This issue is fixed in version 26.2.

Red notification for Card Packs cannot be dismissed

• Description: In some instances, the red notification when you receive a new Card Pack cannot be dismissed as expected.

• Status: This issue is fixed in version 26.2.
