Important Notices

Chase Card initial card effects have been reverted for 20.1

Due to a critical issue discovered with chase card effects, we are reverting the planned changes in this update that add an initial card effect to chase cards. These changes will be re-implemented with an update we have planned for release in the future.

We've opted to revert the changes both to ensure stability of the collection card feature, and so your existing chase cards effects continue to function and provide a their bonus while we work on resolving the issue.

Known Issues

A crash/disconnect will occur when ascending Stones

  • Description: When ascending a Stone blueprint such as Moonstones or Runestones, a crash will occur causing a disconnect from the game.

  • Status: This issue is resolved in a future update.

Chase Cards may show a purple square icon in some areas

  • Description: When viewing the details of some chase cards, occasionally you may see a purple square icon in some areas. This is an issue caused by the reversion of the chase card level 1 effects and will not occur once we re-implement the initial (level 1) chase card effects.

  • Status: This issue is resolved in a future update.

Lost City of Gold Reward Track appears after every quest under certain conditions

  • Description: When claiming a completed LCOG quest, the reward track will continue to surface, unintended, after the initial three times and when no reward is available to claim when the Battle Speed for quests is set to Full Skip.

  • Status: This issue will be resolved with a future update.

Some players do not receive a Kabam Cross Connect confirmation code email

  • Description: Some players report not receiving a confirmation code email when attempting to sign in using Kabam Cross Connect either on the webstore or in-game.

  • Status: This issue is being investigated.

Some Guilds cannot view their event ranking on leaderboards

  • Description: Some Guilds report not being able to view their ranking on event leaderboards and instead being erroneously prompted to first participate in the event.

  • Status: We are investigating this issue.
