Known Issues
Some players get a "Runtime Error" when attempting to start Shop Titans on Steam
Description: Some players get a runtime error prompt when starting Shop Titans on Steam preventing them from playing the game.
Workaround: Until a permanent solution is implemented, you can workaround this issue by either reinstalling Shop Titans entirely or by manually installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable X86 version found here or download it directly by clicking here. Please ensure you download the X86 version and not the ARM64 or X64 version. Alternatively, you can play on another platform.
Status: A permanent solution is being investigated.
Some players do not receive a Kabam Cross Connect confirmation code email
Description: Some players report not receiving a confirmation code email when attempting to sign in using Kabam Cross Connect either on the webstore or in-game.
Status: This issue is being investigated.
Some Guilds cannot view their event ranking on leaderboards
Description: Some Guilds report not being able to view their ranking on event leaderboards and instead being erroneously prompted to first participate in the event.
Status: We are investigating this issue.
