Known Issues

Collector's Piece blueprint requires an enormous amount of Essence to craft

Description: The essence requirement to craft this blueprint is significantly higher than intended.

Status: This issue is resolved in a future update.

Occasional lighting issues occur in various menus or areas

Description: Certain lighting issues can sometimes occur in various menus, such as dark portraits for heroes, darkening of items on Racks, or darkening of player avatars.

Status: We are investigating this issue.

Collection Book completion stats display incorrect values

Description: The Collection Book can display incorrect values or progress for each category, both in Items and Collection Cards.

Status: We are investigating this issue.

Duplicate cards contribute to the Binder of Memories artifact skill bonus

Description: Duplicate collection cards are contributing value to the bonus provided by the Binder of Memories artifact skill. This is not intended.

Card Collection Score does not contribute to "Grimar's Rival" achievement

Description: Collection Score obtained through Collection Cards does not increment the "Grimar's Rival" achievement which states to reach a certain Collection Score threshold.

Some Guilds cannot view their event ranking on leaderboards

Description: Some Guilds report not being able to view their ranking on event leaderboards and instead being erroneously prompted to first participate in the event.
