Important Notices
Regarding Event Placement Rewards
You must log in a recommended 12 hours before the start of the next major guild/solo event (King's Caprice, Tower of Titans, Dragon Invasion, Lost City of Gold) to claim your event placement rewards (titles, badges, etc) otherwise your opportunity to claim them may be lost.
This is an unfortunate limitation at the moment that we hope to improve upon in the future, however it involves a significant refactoring of the system and is not a priority at this time. Please share this information with your fellow guildmates and players.
Known Issues
Broken or Blank Offer Dialogues
Description: For some players, when Katarina comes into the Shop to offer the latest seasonal offers, a broken or empty dialogue box will appear and is not dismissible. A restart of the game is required to continue playing until the issue resurfaces.
Status: This issue is being investigated.
