Known Issues
Royal Merchant players will not receive special items from some offers and from promo codes
Status: We have deployed a fix that applies to most offers, with exception to daily deals. A fix for promo codes requires a client update that will come with the 26.5 update.
Description: We have identified an issue where Royal Merchant players that purchase some offers containing special items, such as Daily Deals, do not receive any special items. This issue also applies to promo codes, any promo codes redeemed between now and the release of 26.5 that do not grant you the appropriate special items will be automatically awarded after the release of 26.5.
Non-alphanumeric or non-Latin characters will display as empty boxes
Status: We are investigating and working on a fix. The fix will require a new client update.
Description: Characters that are non-alphanumeric, such as special characters, or non-latin, such as Asian language characters will not render properly and display as empty boxes.
