Known Issues

Issue with the new Naya offer when purchased from the webstore

• Description: We are aware and have confirmed there is an issue with consuming (i.e. giving you the items) the newest Naya offer when purchased from the webstore.

• Status: We are investigating and working on fixing the issue for players that have not yet purchased the offer, and we will award the content of the offer to those that have already purchased the offer from the webstore with a server update in the very near future.
