Important Notices
Regarding Event Placement Rewards
You must log in a recommended 12 hours before the start of the next major guild/solo event (King's Caprice, Tower of Titans, Dragon Invasion, Lost City of Gold) to claim your event placement rewards (titles, badges, etc) otherwise your opportunity to claim them may be lost.
This is an unfortunate limitation at the moment that we hope to improve upon in the future, however it involves a significant refactoring of the system and is not a priority at this time. Please share this information with your fellow guildmates and players.
Known Issues
Mercenaries are unaffected by Lilu's Rest Reduction effect
Status: This issue is being investigated.
Description: When running mercenary class heroes with Lilu, her rest reduction effect will not apply to the mercenary class heroes.
Tier 14 Spirits do not have sound effects
Status: This issue is resolved in a future update.
The 1000 Research Scroll offer does not function on Epic
Status: This issue should resolve itself within 24-48 hours from the release of 17.0.
Some menus will improperly render
Status: This issue is resolved in a future update.
Description: Some menus such as item details or player profiles will sometimes partially render or appear blurred.
Workaround: Switch your display mode from portrait to landscape or vice versa.
Hero Power has decreased after updating to 17.0
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
Description: After updating to 17.0, players have reported a overall decrease in their hero's power due to weapon skills no longer factoring in or other skill issues.
"Best of the best" talent not properly assigning Spirits
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
Description: Players with the "Best of the best" talent are not being sold items with two enchantments as described. Namely, no Spirit is enchanted onto items being sold.
Champions cannot equip Tier 14 items
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
Description: After updating to 17.0, players have reported that Champions cannot equip Tier 14 items they normally could equip before the update.
The Market interface displays improperly when accessed through the Enchantment menu
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
Description: When accessing the Market through the Enchantment menu, the Market will display irrelevant, superfluous icons and UI throughout its menu, rendering the menu unusable.
Artifact Components cannot be requested on the Market
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
"Master Smith" title displays as "Pirate King" or "Pirate Queen"
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
Enchantment chance is higher than intended
Status: This issue is resolved in the 17.0.1 update, available now.
Description: The chance for successful enchantment for higher tier enchantments is greater than intended. Enjoy the unintentional increased chances in the meantime.
