Known Issues

Some players are unable to collect rewards for the Lost City of Gold

• Status: We are investigating this issue.

• Description: After updating to 26.9, some players are unable to collect rewards from the Lost City of Gold event and the UI displays in a broken state.

Some items do not display properly and cause UI issues

• Status: We are investigating this issue.

• Description: The following items may fail to render properly in 3D on menus, racks and heroes and can trigger UI issues:

  • Brinewater Do (Heavy Armor)

  • Ceremonial Breastplate (Heavy Armor)

  • Glade Guard Armor (Light Armor)

• Mitigation: Please refrain from crafting, equipping or utilizing these items, if possible, while we work on a fix.

New Quest Zone and Boss do not have sounds or audio

• Status: This will be implemented in the future.

• Description: The new Meteor Zone quest does not have sounds for the zone itself, the boss introduction, boss attacks and boss damage.

Login Calendar rewards are obstructed and cannot be claimed

• Status: This issue is fixed with the 26.9 update.

• Description: On certain HUD scale sizing, the rewards on the Login Calendar can be obstructed preventing the player from claiming them.

• Workaround: Change your HUD scale size to Large.

Item stat bonuses added through Transcendence to pre-existing item stats are not affected by quality

• Status: This issue is fixed with the 26.9 update.

• Description: Stat bonuses added through Transcendence to pre-existing stats on an item are not affected by quality bonuses.
