

As of April 15th, Shop Titans will be leaving the Microsoft Store. As a special thank you to our Microsoft Store fans, Shopkeepers who link their accounts and continue from any new platform will be granted 550 Gems as compensation. Please note that this is only available to accounts that had logged in on the Microsoft Store version of the game between January 1st, 2025 and the date of this post. Eligible players who chose to move to a new platform before April 15th will still be granted this compensation. Gems will be automatically awarded after logging into any platform version on the 19.0 update, launching April 15th.
To retain your progress on any new platform, please ensure that you have first linked your existing account via Kabam Cross Connect. For more information on linking your accounts, follow our tutorial here.
We also recommend that players screenshot or copy their full Player ID (PlayerName#12345), in the off chance that issues are encountered during the process.

Once you have installed the game on a new platform, you will be able to connect to your current account by using the "Already have an account?" prompt in the character creation menu or by connecting your account in the Settings menu. Follow our previously linked tutorial for details.
