Webstore Payment Provider Changes

Hello Shopkeepers!

Starting on March 10th, the Shop Titans webstore will be transitioning to a new payment provider. This change means you'll see a new UI when checking out and may need to re-enter any payment details you may have previously saved for easy and quick checkout.

We understand having to re-enter this information can be a slight annoyance, so we're sweetening the deal by resetting all first-time purchase Gem bonuses on the webstore to make the initial transition worth-while for players. That means each Gem Pack will have its 10-20% first-time purchase bonus reapplied whether you've purchased it before or not!

Now's the perfect time to take advantage and get the most bang for your buck!

What changes will I see when using the webstore?

The only changes you will see are around the checkout process. You will begin to see a new UI during checkout and new payment provider branding starting on March 10th.

Will I need to re-enter any information?

Yes. Unless you checkout using payment methods such as Google Pay or Apple Pay, you will need to re-enter your payment information during checkout. You can save this information for quick checkout in the future, just as before.

Will I need to sign back into the webstore?

No. You will remain logged into the webstore so long as your session has not expired.

Can I buy a Gem Pack with the bonus before the change and again after the change?

Yes. If you haven't already purchased a Gem Pack that has its first-time purchase bonus, you can buy it now (before the provider change) and receive the bonus, and again later (after the provider change) and receive it again!
